We had a suite for 7 nights, very comfortable with 2 bathrooms. Everything in good working order. On site self laundry very handy. Rooms and communal spaces kept spotlessly clean. Friendly, quiet and hardworking staff. Location was good with easy access the the old town and Nimman area, plenty of cafes and places to eat locally.

Breakfast options basic but covered the essentials. Coffee was bitter and unpleasant to our taste. Pool is small but mainly lacks space around it to hang out and relax.

Hi Chiangmai hotel location is just 10 mins away from the airport. But in order to get to any Chiangmai attractions, most of the time we need to order grab car. The nearest Maya mall and One Ninman is about 10 mins walking distance. Our hotel room for triple is very spacious, the pool is just next to the hotel dining area. Although it is a small pool, kids had so much fun swimming in the cool water during the hot weather. Breakfast was simple and wasn’t many simple. It was the same breakfast we had for our 2 nights of stay. Staff are friendly and always smile. Overall the stay was wonderful but it is just at the pricy side considering the hotel facilities and location.
