The property was well maintained and the staff were really helpful with good manners. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The common area was cosy and clean.

Overall, I really liked the property and plan to visit again. If I did have to comment, then I would make the following suggestions: 1. The pillows are losing their shape; and 2. The toilet door is too heavy.

Extremely beautiful

No grab or taxes after 5. Taxes were expensive and the hotel offered rides for more than what a grab would be because they know you’re trapped. Unless you don’t want to go anywhere else this isn’t the hotel

The cottage was small but oh so cute! Right on the water it felt secluded while still being in east access of the main hotel.

Nothing significant - the phone line was crackly and the fridge was noisy and a bit hot to be running in such a small space but both delivered a passable outcome

The staff's were very nice and kind.They were the best during our trip. The location was good, near to White Temple. The room was comfortable and clean. The garden was very peacefully and nice. You can ride bike freely. We will go back next time 100%
