"Disappointed with the room"

Location

I booked a family room when we arrived we were given a room with one double bed so I had to complain. As there was only one room available we got moved to a different room. In the new room it was at the front of the hotel with a speaker right outside the window . The bathroom towel rail was extremely hot and myself and my sister burt ourselves several times and the heat add d to the heat in the bedroom as it was an extremely hot day and night.
