Location was perfect

Bar staff all looked like they didn't want to be there. Hardly any smiles from any of them. We was on holiday with the kids, most of the time we were made to feel like a hindrance. Not very warm and friendly which was expected

The atmosphere and the room was very clean and comfortable

Last year's stay was perfect but this time our beds mattress was very hard and pillows not very comfortable at all

3 nights no room cleaning or change of towels

Beds were comfy, good location.

Very dusty rooms. All ledges thick with dust. Kettle had a layer of dust on and inside absolutely full of limescale. Drinks tray full of dust even on the cups. No clear signs or instructions for check in. Reception desk is hidden away behind the bar you just have to wonder round and find it. Very busy car park even when guests should have checked out their cars were still there. No staff available when checking out as pub is closed so you can’t go to reception.
