The 2 guys at the front door were nice, friendly and helpful although the man in white uniform has very strong body odour but he had been very helpful and smiley.

Bad. Not recommended. No provide face towels, no toiletries only upon request. faulty hair dryer, faulty house phone with no number indication, provide water bottle upon complain, mouldy smell bath towels, dirty glass cups and coffee stains coffee cups basically house keeping just rinse the cups without washing it. Front reception staff "show face" if we complain to them.

"enjoy and relaxable if u want to take around at putrajaya"

location is very good and easy to access.The pool is very clean and my kid really like it

The room is not clean enough,i can see a bit of dust,myb need to upgrade a bit.The TV channel dont have sport channel.I only can give 3 star hotel for the rating
