One aspect I particularly appreciated was the service provided by the staff. Almost everyone I interacted with demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist contributed significantly to a pleasant experience and reflected a strong commitment to customer service.

My main concerns are the facility condition and overall cleanliness. I found the environment to be below expectations, particularly due to the unpleasant smell throughout the premises. In addition, many of the mirrors were not properly cleaned, which gave the facility an unkempt and poorly maintained appearance. These issues significantly impacted my overall experience.
