Amazing day super room ( the imaginarium ) Matteo, Pablo and Anne did a fantastic job looking after us all and making us welcome couldn’t have been a better day ( despite the rain!) the bar staff were also amazing although sorry I didn’t get your names they had a lot to deal with 😂 thank you so much

A fantastic afternoon/evening in the imaginarium for a family wedding. The room is stunning, food delicious and staff were absolutely fantastic. Big thanks especially to Matteo , Anne and Pablo who made the afternoon even more special

A beautiful ornate building lovely room but on arrival I was met with an unhelpful staff member who barely looked up at me - disappointing and spoilt the while experience for me. The I was served by the cheeriest and most helpful of fellows Fabio who bent over backwards as did Grace the next day on reception, Thank you both.

"Overall", probably the best hotel that I have stayed in, having spent approx 4 years, on and off, in hotels over the past 35 years. Situated on the edge of town, yet only 10 minutes easy walk to the town centre and the station, hence do not need the car. The staff were extremely obliging and polite, the hotel was very clean, the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the breakfast was all that could be wanted, but if something was not there that you required, then just ask. The Ambers restaurant was a little pricey, but the food and service was good. Everythng concidered, I could not really fault this hotel. If asked could I recomend improvements? Yes. Just two. Car parking should be free for staying guests. (Sadly all hotels in Harrogate charge for guest parking). Air conditioning would have been an improvement in the bedrooms. Although our 5 nights stay was the hottest nights on record for May. An open window and closed curtain did improve the temperature, and because of the hotel's location traffic noise was absolute minimal.
