Well oiled machine. Staff are excellent. The food is of a high standard. No better place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Thanks to all the staff for making it so.

Location, the service and excellent food. Ambiance and drinking areas , nicely decorated with soft lighting . Fresh milk & freshly cooked biscuits in room each day .

We thought bathroom a little dated, been a long time since showering with a plastic Shower curtain !

The split-level room/suite was a wonderful haven after the day's outing around the island(s). It was spacious, well appointed, clean and airy. The restaurant provided excellent breakfast and exceptional dinner, with friendly, professional staff. The location is quiet, close to town and the quay, and allows a c. 20min walk to Old Town. The service was on point, and the luggage transfer to/from quay a breeze. With no pretensions, no hassle, no stress, this hotel is quietly impressive. Would return in a heartbeat.

Breakfasts and dinner were delicious with lots of selection. Our room was a suite which was very comfortable.
