St Marys Hall Hotel

Lovely room. Small apartment really, with bedroom, bathroom and separate lounge area with a kettle, a fridge and hand basin. Also access to a shared patio. Breakfast was splendid.

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, efficient and respectful.

We couldn't fault anything.

The rooms were very comfortable, with a kettle, a fridge, and a coffee machine. Having a lounge area to relax in was also great, especially first thing in the morning. The breakfasts were amazing, such a vast array of foods to choose from on the menu and the buffet.

There was nothing I didn't like

Everything about St Mary's Hall Hotel is lovely, the staff are really helpful, the food is fantastic, location is good & the gardens are great.

The pillows were a bit flat

The hotel is nice and in a great location

I think the dinner gave me food poisoning (every other meal I ate on the island was shared with my mum), so I needed to stay on the island as I couldn’t travel back to the mainland. The hotel was fully booked but they didn’t help us find somewhere else to stay (I was throwing up and other things in the bathroom) and instead made my 81 year old mother, who has mobility issues, walk around other hotels to find me somewhere to stay. Luckily another hotel took pity on her and called around the island to find us a place. I was really disappointed. I told them they made me sick and didn’t hear anything from them once I had left. Really disappointed with the serve.
