Everything was below the expectation. Nothing to be liked over there.

No clean rooms No clean pillow covers No clean linen No hot water for bath Fraudulent people. They took our booking from booking.com and denied after checking in that they don't know any booking.com. If they claim that they didn't knw the booking.com person, then how did they take our booking. The person from booking.com ensured us that the hotel is pure veg. So we booked with him with breakfast. When we reached the property, they said that the kitchen is mix and not pure veg. We immediately told him to exclude breakfast from our booking. But he denied saying that since we have booked already, we ll have to pay the balance amount with breakfast only. Fraud people they were.

Nothing! Very disappointing not professional very frustrating!!!

Nothing they don’t let us check in, without proper communication only they said no foreigners allowed! We paid full the booking and we reach the hotel straight from 4hours flight!

Unfortunately i was not accommodated in this hotel beacuse apparently they only accept indian nationals which was never mentioned anywhere in the policies. I was asked to pay downpayment after i booked which i complied. But never they asked for my nationality. When i reached out to them they are not replying anymore. I arrived around 9-10pm at the hotel & thats when i was told they dont accept foreign national. I was so frustrated as i was not informed. I have nowhere to go, it was already late and i dont know anything about the place. The receptionist assisted me in a way. But ywhen i was contacting the one who asked payment, they reply selectively. Until now they did not return my downpayment and still asked how was my stay. This situation really caused a lot of stress. I hope they will include intheir policies that they only accept indians. Especially before asking for downpayment.

Lovely place, value for money and very friendly staff. It's a walk of 10 mins or so from LV Prasad Eye Institute and fabulously located.

Big Fraud

They charged me twice and have not refunded the amount. This reflects extremely poor service and constitutes fraudulent behavior toward customers. I will report this matter to the police during my next visit. Such practices demonstrate a serious lack of integrity, mislead customers for financial gain, and severely damage trust while violating principles of fair business conduct.
