i did not stay in the hotel, but i went there. but the receptionist told me, foreigner are not allowed. and its not even said in the policy. i arrived @ 10 in the evening and told ablut that. so as a foreigner being kick out at that time was so scary because im not from there. transportation is not also available, u have to book taxi. so the recpetionist told me to go to other hotel which is more than 10 minutes walk. and i have exam the next day. so bad experience. put in your policy foreigner are not allowed so we will not waste our time going to the place.

Customer service, location, value for money, and cleanliness.

The cleaning was infrequent, and the exhaust fan issue remained unaddressed despite notification to a staff member. The mattress wasn't good at all.
