"Great Stay at Windsor Inn"

All was great. Friendly reception, nice spacious room with good WiFi, Air Con, coffee & tea and nice comfy bed. Great!

A rat ran across our room floor. My daughter’s mattress had stains on it. They moved our room.

Good location and low price

We stayed for one night with kids, there is a renovation ongoing which is really needed for the hotel. there are many small damages, cleanliness needs to be improved. No breakfast

The room was very comfortable and even had a handicap accessible bathroom, which I very much appreciated even though I am not handicapped and had not requested it.

Part of the facility was being renovated, but it wasn’t a problem. The construction workers even took the time to hold the doors open while I brought my luggage in.

"Bad"

No signs for no breakfast and there was no pool or hot tub like the website said. I understand they are remodeling but notice would of been nice. Notes on sorry we are remodeling but nothing about breakfast or pool. Definitely not worth the money spent.
