Days Inn by Wyndham Dodge City

The price was fairly inexpensive.

There was major construction going on in many parts of the hotel, to the extent that we wondered if they should be renting rooms. Our own room was unrenovated and was definitely worn. I think if they're going to continue to operate as a hotel during such extensive renovations of the lobby and hallways, they should offer a discount or something similar.

Nothing. It looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Literally falling apart

Everything. The place looks like trash. Our sheets were ripped. The curtains ripped. The bathroom dirty and disgusting. The wall paper falling off the wall. Bullet holes in the wall

There was green space adjacent where we could exercise our pet which was wonderful

No breakfast available at this hotel. No elevator to second floor. Very narrow and steep stairs to second floor. The bathroom is old and needs to be updated. The couch was filthy and needs to be replaced.

They are remodeling the building and it’s dirty, dusty, filthy. They didn’t mention that that were remodeling the entire hotel on the booking website. There is dust everywhere as they are replacing tile.

Great value. Decent room and very clean

Construction in lobby had the entrance very dirty and disorganized. The worst thing was the elevator was not working. Had to use steep narrow staircase to get to second floor.

Facility was being remodeled terribly messy stuffy it was on in the room and was stifling bed bugs and poor TV connection

I should have known from the price of the room that something was off. As soon as we pulled into the hotel, we could see that it was off the rails…missing screens from windows and landscaping that hadn’t been touched in a long time. As soon as I entered the lobby I was shocked that the whole area was demolished. Maybe if I had read that in the description of the place I would have been accepting of it, but my first question was “Are you guys open??” The whole facility was being modified, which of course is a good thing. But this was full blown demo mode, without any disclosure in the description.

A notice of an accurate description of the condition of the place would have been appreciated.
