Platinum Image Hotel

Our room and facilities exceeded all expectations. Not only was the bed comfy but the room and entire hotel is beautifully decorated. Breakfast has a wide selection of delicious options served by a wonderful lady. Hammas the owner told us he wanted to created more than a hotel.. a homelike environment which he did. I hope to be back. If your in Reisenbeck you would be remiss to not experience this hotel. Thank you

Nothing. Exceeded all expectations

It was basic

It was a calm place and I had great sleep, which was very important for me. However, it's worth adding the hotel was empty at the time.

It's not a cheap hotel, so the breakfast they gave me was absolutely outrageous. Literally, it was the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. There were eggs and cakes. That's it. Eggs and cakes! They also provided some jams, but how should I eat them if there was even no bread? I complained about it and the staff answered it's because the hotel was empty, so they took care of the environment. It's just plain greenwashing - they could just ask me if I prefer to eat scrambled eggs or so, make one simple dish, and everybody would be happy. Also, the eggs were old or very cheap, they tasted awful. That's a very bad experience not only because they didn't provide a decent breakfast - I just felt treated not seriously, especially with that greenwashing explanation.

The hotel is very clean, very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. An example of what a hotel should be.
