"Disappointing"

At 7 am the restaurant was closed and there was noone in reception..so I had to miss the breakfast I had paid for.

No restaurant hours shown anywhere and having to play golf without breakfast. Paying for something I did not receive. Noone in reception at 7 am in a hotel.

Nice, clean room- quiet

Booked this for foreign guests at our wedding because the property was advertised to have English speaking staff and a restaurant that is open until 21:00. None or the staff spoke a word of English and despite the fact that even their own website says the restaurant is open until 21:00, they only offered breakfast and the restaurant didn’t work.

we didn't manage to sleep there... as there was no reception employee to give us the rooms, we called some phones but they didn't answer any of our calls, and the terrible thing was they never returned the money despite the information. Let the booking do something to protect us with such scams...

"Comfortable and restful"

Perfect location to the wedding/event venue Prikaznata Gradina. The breakfast was really good and had a lot if options. Air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable. The complementary slippers were a nice touch.

The bathroom could use a curtain to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom.
