I can't rate the property as I never got to stay there due to some kind of mixup.. Having said that the Manager put a huge amount of personal effort into trying to maake it right and find alternative accommodation. I would definitely recommend dealing with him again. So the low score isn't a fair reflection on the property in terms of dealing with it via booking.com, or of the property itself. I just never stayed there so couldn't score it..

"Lovely Appartment"

Comfortable bed. sunny rooftop, location, hairdryer, coffee machine. I was upgraded Lovely Appartmenton my last day to the Gloria Hotel with breakfast due to the TV not working the entire week..

Fence around the rooftop so I didn't have a view of the city that is advertised. TV didn't work. No bedside lamp when I arrived but one was installed very quickly after I emailed.

It’s a comfortable room , in a great location

There are no staff, feels more like an AirBNB room than a hotel , shower was poor, no hot water on arrival
