Good location, walking distance to everything, staff were excellent and great breakfast. Black out curtains in ground floor room. Good shower. Clean.

Ac wasn’t very strong in my room, but they kindly moved me to another. The room I was moved to was on the ground floor, there are 3 floors. If on ground floor the rooms are directly off the lobby/breakfast area so can hear and some noise.

"Fantastic stay in Hiriketiya"

I had a fantastic stay at House on the Bend. The staff were very friendly and prepared a fantastic breakfast each morning. The room was large, modern and very clean and the air-con worked well. The location was also great, as a very close walk to the beach and many restaurants but quiet.

I stayed 3 nights and the bins were not emptied nor towels replaced which would have been nice.

Great location, lovely staff, delicious breakfast. Use of communal kitchen area was good for tea/coffee. Loved that it was ‘no shoes’ indoors!
