Lovely hotel, very comfortable room and bed. Great linen and very nice towels. Very clean and really nice breakfast. Only a one night stay but hotel staff were lovely. Would recommend😊

Nothing to dislike. There’s a few English books in lobby too

Amazing little hotel near Hiriketiya beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was nice, AC worked well and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was good, staff were lovely. Would stay again.

"Price–performance ratio does not match at all."

Location was great

We booked the room last minute on the same morning and were very disappointed with the value for money. We were given a very old and run-down room. The bathroom had visible mold, an unpleasant smell, and was poorly designed. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well maintained. For the price we paid, the quality did not match at all. During our trip, we stayed in several local accommodations in Kosgoda, Mirissa, and Tissamaharama for about half the price, and those places were much better. We were very satisfied with those stays and rated them accordingly. We would definitely not recommend staying here.

Owners were really lovely and made a big breakfast each morning. Great location, 5 minute walk to beach and main area!
