The location is great and it’s a very beautiful property. Also the breakfast had a good selection and was pretty good. The staff were also helpful.

I think the outside bathroom is a nice idea but in practise it’s incredibly hot as it’s not in the shade.

LOVED this place. The location couldn’t be better and no steep hill like other side of bay. Close to perfection.

Location, staff were lovely, kettle in the room - bedroom was great size and clean.

No AC - we thought all the room did when we booked! No fridge in the room. Bathroom looked shabby and could have been much cleaner.

Brilliant location nice pool also and monkeys that go into your room in the day and have a wee look around !!!!

The bathroom door was difficult to open & close. Some of the staff struggled with English

Lugnt läge, enkelt att promenera till centrala Hiriketiya. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Yoga på takvåningen. Åt goda hoppers med daal och bra variation på frukt till frukost.

Ok frukost, som vanligt inget gott kaffe då det är för svagt/lankesiskt kaffe. Ingen juice serverades heller. Luftkonditioneringen var på men fungerade ej bra vilket gjorde rummet varmt och fuktigt. Inga duschdörrar eller golvlist så det blir vatten över hela badrumsgolvet vid dusch. Inget kylskåp. Skruvar som sticker upp vid poolområdet, personalen försökte åtgärda men blev ej bra. Att personalen ej upptäckt detta men jag såg det direkt är något anmärkningsvärt då de har en person som specifikt städar poolen. Hotellet behöver en allmän upprustning då många ytor är något slitna. Helt ok boende men det skulle kunna vara mycket bättre.
