Clean and neat. The room was spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and a clean pool.

Location was good. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine.

Had open deluxe bedroom which was nice when all open. However, definitely need to be aware of monkeys. We also had a slightly different style than what is shown in the pics on booking which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom was also open which is cool, however, the level above where they host yoga & sound baths are able to look down to where we shower so not private at all. Did a sound bath one evening which was nice enough, again open to lots of other noises including traffic and their local peacock. Had a kettle and cups to make drinks but no tea or coffee provided. The kettle was also full of ants. Shutters were a bit grubby and no offer of a turn down service. Not quite worth the cost but an interesting experience.

The staff was very nice and responsive. We order by mistake non A/C room so we only stayed for one night. They did try to help and gave us an A/C room for one night but they were fully booked

We came to surf so the location was a bit far from the beach

Bit pricey for what it was but nice overall.

Location is excellent. A 2 minute walk to Hiriketiya bay. It's child friendly (4yr old). The pool was a great addition after a day on the beach. The place was clean & rooms serviced daily if requested. Staff were all friendly.

A little dated & tired looking - broken sunbeds & decking. The rooms could have been cleaner (window shutters/bathroom).
