"Extremely disappointing"

Not at all like shown in the photos highly disappointing.

Not clean. Too much mosquitoes. Rude staff. Not cooperating. Even though breakfast was included in the booking on the app they charged extra for the breakfast. Extremely bad experience.

"Clean and spacious rooms, good food and friendly people, but difficult to find the location"

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Food service was available and the quality of food was good. However one interesting observation was that, if we are driving to the destination using maps, then the map does not take you the exact location. DN regalia as mentioned in the destination is a nearby landmark, which was a good 5 minutes walk from the location. It was not located inside the DN Regalia. Overall experience was fine, thank you for the hospitality.

For first time visitors, it is difficult to locate the destination while using maps to drive to the destination. A little bit of scouting around needs to be done before reaching there.

"Take extra money"

The hotel management take extra money other than showed in booking.com

Take extra charge .takes high charges if u book it on 700 it will demand 1200 on arrival of hotel
