"Okay to stay for one day"

Location was comfortable to access the city

People were money minded demanding for EXTRA money than the online booking done and didn't give a receipt for the payment received disappointing, as the hotel personnel demanded for extra amount ...we have to take as we already reached the hotel...This is a bad experience which pulls down the trust on online booking system. Please take steps to curtain such unethical behaviour. Thank you

Nothing,

Worst , no facilities, no toiletries were available, uncoprative staff , bed behaviour by manager , not ready to check in the OYO site, demanded extra money to stay as a private guest , and abusing the OYO
