Relaxed, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Met by owner + enthusiastic canine companion.There could have easily been a problem with accommodation as Booking.com didn’t advise owner of names of members of the party - That aside ( quickly sorted as twin room offered ) the stay was problem free - The breakfast spread was amazing - In all my life I’ve never seen better

The evening meal was excellent. My son (and I) rated the macaroni cheese as the best we have tasted.. The breakfast the following day was equally hearty and delicious.

"Lovely stay enroute to the Open at Troon"

We were made to feel so welcome & the team couldn't do enough for us. Lovely touch that we were contacted enroute to check whether we would like an evening meal on arrival - we did and it was excellent. We left very early, but there was still a great breakfast available for us, so we could help ourselves before leaving.
