Breakfast choices were brilliant and very good quality The couple couldn't have done enough for our party They went over and above what most other hoteliers would go . And we can't thank Martin enough for the two trips to the wedding venue . It was very much appreciated by us all . If we were ever your way again we wouldn't hesitate to book with you . Great breakfast

There were no chairs to sit on in the room and it was quite cramped. There was no wardrobe.

Whilst the Queensberry Arms Hotel is not a 5 star hotel - it makes up for it in friendliness, comfort and great food. the breakfast choice and quantity is remarkable Best value for money stay anywhere Derek Wilson

Typical pub hotel except for the fact that the staff (owner) was tremendous with nothing too much trouble for him. The breakfast was out of this world and far surpassed many 5-star hotels I have stayed in. There was copious amount of fruit and cereals ( best selection I have seen in a long time) - the cooked breakfast was excellent if perhaps a bit too much as after the cereal and fruit I did not have as much room left as I thought I had. The quality of the cooked breakfast was also first rate.

The room was a bit small and access for my wife ( who has slight mobility problems) was up steep winding stairs.

Bed was unbelievably comfy. Nice welcome and helped up to our room with our cases. Very pleasant. Great price and perfect location for us. Will 💯 stay again. Great shower, brilliant water pressure. Spotless and super comfy full stop.

Although there was a shared bathroom this did not affect being able to access at all no complaints whatsoever.

Dog friendly, comfortable beds, clean rooms and an excellent cooked breakfast.

No food available at the bar from 2000hrs and no restaurants or alternative options to eat in.the village.
