Once again the staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Sorted any problems with a smile

Had a problem as the room was a smoking room which it sethey all might be even though it says non smoking on Booking.com. Original room smelt of smoke so we requested a move which we got and the next room was OK but also had an ashtray in it. Room smelt fine but the shower was extremely mouldy on the window ledge. I think the hotel is just tired abd needs a refresh. I will stress that the staff were fantastic though and so helpful and apologetic.

It was a great stay on the whole, the room is spacious and clean (daily room service), the hotel is in a quiet street and the rooftop has some nice views of the town. Many facilities have seen better days but nothing out of the ordinary.

The pool's filtration system was either broken or not used so the water got cloudy at times.
