KHI went there for concert at Impact area , so after the concert we back home for sleep , because we lazy back bangkork at night .
THLocation is very convenient, got MaxValu nearby, Impact Arena Hall. The room was quite spacious and enough for 1-3. I think it’s one of the best options for the price for the short stay.

GBLOCATION - if you are looking to explore Central Bangkok this is not the place for you, as it is a 45 minute taxi ride away. But Don Mueang airport is close, a 15 minute taxi ride. LOCATION AGAIN - there is a shopping centre with a food hall (wide selection at very good prices), a supermarket, and the usual retail outlets. This is surrounded by residential tower blocks. New Room is in one of these blocks. PROCEDURE - the ground floor of each block is comprised of shops, places to eat etc. The office for New Room is on the ground level of that block. I went to the office, met a nice person, was shown the front door, how to use the key fob, which lift to use, and then I was on my own. All very simple. ROOM - very basic, but clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a 'kitchen area' with fridge, sink, kettle and microwave. Very quiet, I slept well. SECURITY - don't be put off by the words tower block. It felt like a safe area. There is a security guard on the ground floor with lots of cctv screens to look at. There was a padlock for the door too.
I did not see any signs of nightlife. I did not see anywhere to go for a drink. But then again, I wasn't looking. I hope that was helpful.
THDecent sized room, clean, bright, high floor, good view. Double bed ok. Sofa bit worn out.
Overall internal and external condition of building structure not very pretty.
