PHTHIt is really close to Impact Arena, it has a 24h supermarket just across the street and many other places. Many cabs and taxis. The apartment was good, clean and comfortable. The staff was very reachable throughout the app and Line.
It is far from metro/bts and you have to find the vans to take you there or take a taxi. (But I needed the area for a concert at Impact Arena) The building in general is old and the security guard didn't help when I didn't know how to open the door. But besides that, all good. Would stay again.
