Nothing very tired inside. Carpets were dirty and room was dirty looked like a drop in hostels

Carpet and walls filthy, stained all over walls run down in Ramsbottom. Very very thin walls as could hear everything next door 🤣 not what you expect for 114 pounds a night

The stairs I had phoned several weeks before about disabled access and they said just several stairs. However when arriving found 14 steps plus more for breakfast so my husband went without..The manager was ok, he did say that he would look in to it. And we could use the fire escape to get my husband out of a wheelchair and up the stairs.

Room was decent, coffee machine, kettle and some cookies. Breakfast was reasonable, wide continental selection and plenty of drink choices. Probably highlight of the trip, as the full english was actually good.

Bed was very worn in and uncomfortable, and the pillows did very little, and i had 2 pillows instead of the 1 intended. Walls are also very thin, could hear other guests very clearly... Restaurant looked immaculate, but nothing else lived up to this. Expensive for what it was, food was cold, undercooked, under-seasoned and made me sick. £7 for a slice of apple pie as well.. At least they had complimentary water without asking.
