Hotel Storchen

1, no staff answer the call. no reception! They left a number on the door. And nobody answer that number. There is also different number on website. Also nobody answer that number. Finally, a local German helped me call the emergency number. And someone finally came and open the door. 2.It is in the city center, however it is far from train station and it is close to the Main Street , very noisy. If you want to stay in a peaceful mind in Ravensburg, then go to any other hotel or hostel. Here, please imagine that you bring heavy luggage. And cannot find any way to get into the hotel. How do you feel?

The room was clean and the location was good.

As check in day was an holiday, I did the check in via telephone which was good. However the room card was not working. therefore, I had to wait a person to open the door. Although it was.5-10 mins waiting, still was not ok to having a not working card. In addition to that, there were no information abou the wi-fi. As the reception was closed I couldn't not ask any one. Therefore I couldn't not use the wi-fi of.the hotel.

All was clean and nice.... The lady from breakfast was very nice and professional manner and made our day with conversation and her smile. With respect for her, she is number one! I wish for her all the best! Thankyou
