"Terrible experience at this hotel! I visited solo, expecting a good stay based on online ratings, but was thoroughly disappointed. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room's description online didn't match the reality - no amenities mentioned were available. The worst part: - *Unhygienic Washroom*: No latch on the door, making it uncomfortable to use. - *Noise Pollution*: Room adjacent to the road meant constant traffic noise throughout the night. - *Uncleanliness*: Dark-colored bedsheets were stained, and the room's lighting was dim and clumsy. - *Dust and Dirt*: Dust accumulated on surfaces, and the room's overall cleanliness was questionable. - *Inaccessible Location*: The hotel was far from the main stop, located in a narrow galli (alley) inaccessible by taxi, making it difficult to reach. - *Lack of Basic Amenities*: No proper signage, poor maintenance, and unclean surroundings added to the misery. Considering the poor service, unhygienic conditions, and inconvenient location, I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. The online images were misleading, and the hotel failed to meet basic expectations. Definitely a 1-star experience!"

The rooms were moderately clean and Tapovan is a good place to stay in. Staff was reasonable.

The location is at a tremendous inclination with no access to the car for about 100 meters. Rooms were clean, but linen could be better. TV didn't work in our room and although the property has a menu, the chef was not there, so no onsite food. No kettle/tea/coffee in room.
