I had a mountain view room which was lovely. Good size room, great view, basic but light and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and I stayed nearly 3 weeks so it felt like home! There is a good menu, clean kitchen and room service which was great. I Hooe to return again.

The room was unclean. The bathroom was unclean, informed the reception but they didn't bother. The bedsheet and comforter covers were unclean. Had a very unpleasant experience.
