Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel.

Exhaust Fan doesn't work. Clean Dorrmats or Bathroom sleepers not provided, so full of uneasiness due to dirty floor. Toilet spray jet don't spray properly so that you need to sit down and wash your potty manually in 203 room no. Just after payment while check in, he said there will be no AC, No Lights and No Fans running due to power outage. I said you should have informed me just before payment, He replied you can take your payment back now only. You did not purchase have my hotel by paying Fourteen Hundred. Means I have prebooked this Hotel to stay in Dark and damp climate or else get out and start finding a Hotel Now with all my luggage and Family. These guys are totally Mad and don't understand there fault. They only can cheat customers by giving only 1 soap or one Towel or else by not properly providing amenities to the customer. Cheap mentalities.

The staff behaviour is not good, they don't know how to talk

It was a quiet area of Tapovan but within easy walking (or rickshaw) distance from the Ram Jhula bridge and all the major attractions.
