Spacious, excellent activity options, restaurant food was really good. Very beautiful location.

Some of the staff a bit dismissive. Activities & pick ups didn’t run to time which made planning a bit difficult. Very icy in places. We all fell over at least once. Would not recommend for older guests. Lights on properly a bit bright which blocked aurora display but if you walk away from the acommodation it was a beautiful sight.

Would say the location was great to catch Northern light and beautiful scenery. Food options were great and friendly staff

Our room was not cleaned for 2 days as this come with extra costs. Except for the food, everything come with additional costs. The bed were not very comfortable - very basic. Very disappointed of what the hotel had to offer considering the price we paid - wouldn't recommend

We were able to watch the Northern Lights from inside the igloo it was an incredible experience. The igloo was beautiful. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The food was delicious. The resort is very large, offers many different activities, and is of very high quality. We were very satisfied with everything and would love to come back again.

The igloo was a bit small and a little cold. Next time, we will probably need to choose a bigger igloo.
