Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort und haben die besondere Atmosphäre sowie die einzigartige Umgebung sehr genossen. Insgesamt war es ein tolles und außergewöhnliches Erlebnis.

Es gab nur ein paar kleinere Punkte, die den Komfort noch verbessern könnten: Der Vorderanbau war etwas kühl, und ein WC direkt im Duschbereich wäre praktischer gewesen. Außerdem hätten wir uns ein Fenster zum Lüften gewünscht, da es abends teilweise recht warm wurde. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass die Übernachtungskosten recht hoch sind, weshalb man entsprechend hohe Erwartungen an den Komfort hat. Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und wir würden das Resort weiterempfehlen. Ein besonderer Ort für ein einmaliges Erlebnis.

Me senti enganado! são vendidas as comodidades, restaurantes, saunas das duas vilas leste e oeste como sendo utilizáveis por todos os hospedes e não é bem assim... quiz um dia ir para o leste e fui desaconselhado pela equipe. quiz usar a grande sauna a vapor e fui informado que teria que pagar 2.000 euros!!!! achei absurdo! as atracoes que aparecem faz imaginar que estão incluidas no preço e de fato NÃO ESTÃO... ai ficamos um pouco decepcionados...

We loved our stay in the igloos. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights three times during our stay — including once from inside our igloo. The private sauna and shower were excellent, everything was very clean, and the views from the igloo were stunning both day and night. A truly once-in-a-lifetime experience in Lapland, Finland. Highly recommended and absolutely worth the money.

Location is good, facilities well maintained we stayed in glass igloo at West Village which was good,staff was very helpful and attentive.

Charging extra for eggs to order on top of the resort fee of over a 1000 euros a night is a bit too much also vegetarian and vegan options need to be expanded.

The property is unique and well managed. Staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you are tall then mind your head in the igloo hehe. Food options for vegetarian are limited. For meat eaters, its heaven. Alarms will ring at night to inform you if aurora is visible
