It was very neat and clean. They maintained high standards for living . Staff were very friendly and helpful.

All are up to the mark. Fully satisfied. It’s worth to stay . Only suggestion for improvement is, hotel name board should fixed at top so that it will be visible to all.

"perfect stay at a great location!"

Room was really big especially for one person. There's a dining table, a sofa, a desk and a small kitchen space and 2 bathrooms so it felt very comfy and spacious. Place was very clean and excellent location for IFFK as it was close to most theatres. Staff was kind and accommodating. I got room service a couple times and it was very tasty. Definitely booking again when I am back in Trivandrum

Even though I informed the staff ahead of time I will be arriving at around 8.30 am (check in is at 12pm) and they said it is ok, but it was not mentioned until I got there that there is an early check-in charge.

They charged me Rs. 140 more than the actual bill / receipt. Though I argued that it is not fair to collect more than what is in the receipt, they did not accept it and asserted that they required the amount shown on the booking website. This created displeasure for me.

1. Room maintainence 2. Cleaning 3. Staff easily reachable when needed 4. Easily available good quality food and customised food for kids as well.

Billing issue for breakfast . Some confusion happened and one of he staff was arguing without checking fact. But it is ok as everything was as expected.
