We really liked the food and accommodation. The staff are very polite and the rooms are very clean and spacious.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel in the heart of Trivandrum, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! I was allotted Suite 301, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The suite came equipped with not one, but TWO TVs, TWO air conditioners, and TWO toilets - talk about luxury! The powerful WiFi connection made it easy for me to stay on top of my work commitments, and the food at the hotel was delicious. The hotel's central location is a major plus, especially with the newly revamped Dharmalayam Road, courtesy of the government's Smart City initiative. This makes it an ideal choice for families, business travelers, and leisure seekers alike. The staff were extremely hospitable and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers sufficient parking space on the ground floor, which is a big bonus. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Trivandrum. Truly a place to be in, without a doubt!

Rooms are neat n clean and very good apartment

In free breakfast, there timings are from 8.30 and u need to order from the option they provide and not buffet. Also we get order after almost 45 minutes eventhough we ordered first and for everything we asked they have ignored or delayed it

Although breakfast if offered online there was practically no breakfast. There was no buffet breakfast. They said they will provide it in the room, but only idly and dosa and egg and tea. That they did but it took long time. We were to go out at 8.30 am since 8 o clock we were waiting after ordering. They brought the breakfast to the room at 9.15 with great struggle by a boy. He was good. The next day we did not wait for the breakfast.. You should pay us back the money you charged for the breakfast. There is no working restaurant but only some tables and chairs and kitchen utensils on the lobby which are kept as display. The location is inside a small road with no proper parking facility.

I paid Rs. 9000 for two nights; looking at the facilities and location this is exorbitant when I compare with other star hotels. While booking I thought it is a star hotel as the pictures were attractive, but I was fooled. Rooms and neat and clean but hot water is difficult you wait for 10-15 minutes even after no hot water ; it is by solar but depends on your luck. You take too much money and exploiting the online credibility.

Honestly I recommend this property It was a happy and comfortable stay and the staff is really good Their restaurant food is so good and very reasonable price I will keep coming to this property again

The road works are going on in front of the hotel.... They left the potholes without covering them. The hotel management also left it without closing it and it was a great inconvenience. It may have been fixed earlier. Tried to fix it yesterday.... management should focus on breakfast. Where are those two ladies at the reception...?
