It was a good location, quiet and we felt safe. Liked the private onsen as well.

The facility was a little outdated, but clean. Can use some upgrades.

geen eigen badkamer. Je moest intekenen op een lijst om in een warm bad te kunnen. In de winter zijn alle restaurants in de omgeving gesloten. Geen nachtkastje of tafeltje bij het bed.

In camera non è presente ne doccia ne vasca, ma potendo prenotare per 2 volte al giorno la vasca termale privata permette di usufruire delle docce incluse Camere forse un pochino fredde in inverno, per poterle scaldare occorre tenere accesa h 24 la pompa di calore

Hot spring in the hotel is great, but we need to register that for each time 40-50 mins. It’s a bit tight for a relax bath. Owner is friendly and informative. Canteen is clean and with complete tableware.

The window view of Fuji-san was incredible! The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. And the onsen was the perfect temperature. I also appreciated the staff allowing me to have a shower out of normal hours after a morning of hiking. Thanks you!

部屋を富士山が見える部屋に無料でグレードアップして頂いた。 スタッフの方が、夜食事するために外出するとき暗いので懐中電灯を貸してくれた。

入浴の時間が決まった時間にしか入れなかった。 当日は満室で早くチェックインした人から希望の時間が埋まっていた。
