The only person that we saw at front desk was very nice The room had a view on Fuji, very near

It was as it the place was not set up for winter. 1- Not hot water in the shared basin on the floor( shared with 5 rooms) only option to shower and have hot water is at the onsen. Maybe it depends on the kind of room. 2- the common places were not heated 3- no breakfast only free coffee 4- no privacy between rooms
