All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the lovely welcome drink and the lovely girl on reception, Karuna, made me welcome straight away and talked me through the best things to see in the area. Every day karuna and the other lovely boy at reception advised me well on where to go and how to get there. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to all the shops, bars and restaurants in Thamel. The breakfast each morning at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious!

The toilet seat needed replacing and the view from the balcony was very poor. I was there for 6 nights but my room wasn't cleaned.

Kudooooos!!! ❤️💗 gorgeous welcomed by the piyus 💗 best staff's sangbu and biswassh ! they are the best reasons to choose this hotel 💗🏨 and thanks for the coke's 💗 AC was perfect 🚿💯♥️😂

This hotel is in prime location, staff are friendly but wifi wasnot good. otherwise all good I recommend to stay here
