Thamel Grand Hotel

Great beautiful hotel in the center of Thamel but outside the noisy , very quite , clean and very friendly staff !

I won't suggest to nobody 🤷 too much crowd and noise 😬 The hotel staff was very nice, but unfortunately the hotel rooms were not at all like the photos. We expected a better hotel. The rooms were very noisy. The hotel had no elevator and was old, so we had to climb three floors with our luggage.

Staff behaviour is very good. They try to satisfy all needs.

No room service available, if you need to eat in room, it is not possible, you will have to go restaurant. Also dishes are not delicious, cooking to be improved

It was a good experience staying at Thamel Grand Hotel. The staff were very friendly. I had to leave early in the morning, and they packed breakfast box for me to take on the road. They have provided breakfast. The location was good to walk around town and east access to everything. Couples of things to consider, 1) no elevator for big luggage to 2nd or 3rd floor. 2) When shower, the bathroom becomes very wet be ware of toilet paper also get wet.

The staff were so nice and helpful and the breakfast in the courtyard area was lovely. Proper good coffee aswell

Limited hot water, really only enough for one person to shower
