Thamel Grand Hotel

Both reception staff very helpful, good location and value for money accommodation

It was our second time in Thamel Grand Hotel and we liked it as much as the first time. It’s a great place! The rooms are spacious and clean and location is perfect. But our most favourite thing about the place is the staff. Bibek and Karunae are so so so nice, friendly and helpful, and they are also always up for a little joke :) we are definitely coming back :)

Mr.Alex is very good at service. Really appreciate him to give us so much tour suggestions. All stuffs are friendly and kindly. Thanks them so much. I’ll back to stay again. See you.

Great location, great staff

The room was clean and tidy. The equipment was a little old but usable. The staff was very helpful. There is a storage facility so we were able to leave our bags for almost two weeks while we were on the trek. Perfect location for wandering around Thamel.

The showerhead needs replacing. Hot water is a lottery.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved them ! The coffee place where we had breakfast close by was really cute and good. The room was perfectly clean and the hôtel localisation in Thamel is great !

The room was a little bit old and we could hear what was happening in the hallway and a little bit in the room next door. But considering how cheap it is I think its very good quality for money.
