Cama cómoda, muchas facilidades (dejar maletas durante un tiempo, etc). Ubicación en Thamel muy buena, con fácil acceso desde vías principales. Muy amable Alam el recepcionista, y muy dispuesto ayudar con todo.

El desayuno en el Black Olives está riquísimo, pero recomendaría ir a desayunar sin cogerlo incluido en el precio de la habitación porque por el mismo precio eliges entre más variedad.

Great location where very close to Thamel commercial center. Staffs are helpful and active to assist any our inquiry. Even 4 am, they were awaiting for our message for picking up us at the bus station. Thank you Mr. Alam. We also enjoy breakfast, delicious and well prepared.

The value for the comfort is amazing. The staff has really good behaviour.

Exceptional Support: The owner, Pramit, provided end-to-end support, from organizing my Mustang tour vehicle to giving perfect local advice on shopping and dining. • Emergency Care: The staff truly cares about safety; they stayed in constant contact and provided guidance when my friend suffered from altitude sickness (AMS). • Warm Atmosphere: Manager Karuna and the rest of the team are incredibly kind and always greet guests with a genuine smile. • Authentic Connection: It doesn't feel like a cold business transaction; the hospitality is so personal that you leave feeling like you’ve made lifelong friends.

Too Short of a Stay: Since I only stayed for two nights, I didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the hotel's atmosphere and the hospitality of the team. • Emotional Goodbye: It was genuinely difficult to leave because the staff treated me so much like family.

The staff were amazing, so helpful, kind and bright. The room was comfortable and very clean. I stayed for a short time but it was super enjoyable!
