The Gym was not available, the SPA was available only for VIP program. The receptionist were not so helpful, when I called them for something they always cut the phone on me before even finished talking.

The view from the hotel was beautiful, and we really enjoyed having a beachfront room with a lovely balcony.

Unfortunately, none of the advertised facilities were fully available during my stay. The gym and spa were under construction, and there was active work being done during spa hours, which completely disrupted the relaxing atmosphere due to the noise. I would have appreciated being informed in advance that some of the facilities were closed or undergoing renovations before making the booking.

Hotelli, allasalue ja huone olivat kaikki erittäin siistejä ja tyylikkäitä. Vastasi hyvin kuvausta. Henkilökunta etenkin allasalueella erittäin mukavaa ja palvelu todella hyvää. Monipuolinen ja hyvä aamupala.

Hotellin ravintola ei täysin vastannut odotuksia.
