"Un hôtel tranquille assez excentré. Un personnel charmant et une piscine au top"

Un personnel qui fait de son mieux pour satisfaire la clientèle. Une piscine très agréable même si il n’y a que 3 transats pour tout l’hôtel! Une chambre spacieuse avec baignoire et une douche très agréable. Le sol en pierre est rafraîchissant. Petit bémol de gros travaux durant toute la journée et ce sur plusieurs mois donc difficile d’apprécier le calme et de se reposer.

Évidemment les gros travaux de restructuration de l) ‘hotel (création d’un étage supplémentaire) . J’aurais apprécier de me reposer au bord de la piscine après un réveil fort matinal…. Sinon rien à redire hormis peut être la musique qui tourne en boucle toute la journée.

Malgré un changement de chambre après la première nuit, dû a des problèmes d'équipements et de fonctionnement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Leur atout, le personnel, il a été très réactif face aux problèmes rencontrés dans la chambre n°01 et nous a passé dans la n°09. Le cadre est exotique et nous plonge dans une petite bulle tropicale. La piscine est magnifique et le happy hour de 16:00 à 18:00 le bienvenue (vous donne droit à la même boisson gratuite) Très bon petit déjeuné également, servi à table avec une boisson chaude et un jus de fruit. De l’eau potable servie dans des bouteilles en verre est fournie tous les jours Gros plus: nous devions prendre un bus de nuit et en venant récupérer la valide ils nous ont proposer de prendre une douche gratuitement afin d'être frais pour la route. Mille mercis pour ce geste. Merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe pour cet agréable séjour à Siem Reap

Charming boutique hotel with a peaceful, green courtyard and a small central pool. The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming, creating a very relaxed atmosphere. Excellent value for money.
