De relaxte sfeer, aardig, attent en behulpzaam personeel. Het heerlijke zwembad, de prachtige grote kamer. Het lekkere en goede ontbijt, lunch en diner. Echt een oase van rust.

Niets, het was boven verwachting.

The only thing is there was a shelf between the bed and the wall so nothing to lean back in which made it impossible to read or even watch tv in a comfortable position.

Wenn wir 110 Punkte geben dürften, würden wir das tun! Bei all den tollen Unterkünften in Siem Reap, war es so schwer sich zu entscheiden, aber unsere Entscheidung war goldrichtig. Eine kleine Oase Mitten in der trubeligen Stadt. Man hört nichts von außen, kann super entspannen. Der Pool ist toll, erfrischend und sauber. Die Anlage ist klein und exklusiv - alles ist so toll mit Pflanzen gestaltet und auch der “Wasserfall” und die Holzelemente schmiegen sich so schön ins Gesamtbild. Unser Zimmer war riesig, das Bett gemütlich (perfekter Härtegrad) und es war alles super sauber! Man hat am Zimmer quasi eigene Liegen. Das Frühstück gibt es ab 07:00h a la carte. Die Mitarbeiter sind so herzlich und toll, man fühlt sich als würde man zur Familie gehören :-) Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

In der Unterkunft rein gar nichts! Alles war top! Einzig den Roller würden wir direkt von einem Verleih in der Stadt holen. Das Hotel hat da einen Kooperationspartner der aber relativ teuer ist und der erste Roller hatte schlechte Bremsen und kam morgens um 5 ungetankt.

The pool area was delightful and very clean and peaceful. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff, especially the manager were always willing to help in any way they can. Breakfast was served around the pool which was a lovely relaxing start to the day.

We found the bed very hard and our room lacked drawer space.

The hotel was amazing – very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a really good breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Meng, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We arrived much earlier than expected on a bus from Phnom Penh, and he kindly allowed us to check in three hours early, which we really appreciated. Since we had booked a sunrise tour the next day and wouldn’t be able to enjoy the included breakfast, Mr. Meng generously let us have breakfast on our day of arrival, even though breakfast wasn’t included for that day. We had to leave our room at 4:30 a.m. for the sunrise tour and officially checked out at that time, but when we returned around 1 p.m. to pick our things, he also offered to let us take a shower, even though the official check-out time had already passed. Outstanding service and hospitality – we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Všechno bylo perfektní, skvělé jídlo, úžasná kvalita ubytování, bazén byl luxusní, krásný interiér, zahrada, služby, personál velmi ochotný. Nechali nás na pokoji až do našeho odjezdu nočním autobusem.
