The venue, the staff, the room. The bed was so comfortable.

Zeer mooie locatie. Nette kamer met goede bedden. Personeel was heel service gericht. Goed restaurant.

Beperkte privacy voor onze kamer (nr 1) daar iedereen die in/uit checkte of naar het restaurant-receptie ging voor ons raam passeerde. Er slecht 1 zitplaats (stoel) die aan bureautje stond. Kamer wat klein.

Fantastic location

Great location at foot of Mount Taranaki with wonderful warm units. Bathtub for soaking weary legs after hike. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant offered a good selection of tasty meals, big portions. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home.

Location fantastic. Dinner in the restaurant was great and staff all very helpful.

Breakfast not available in restaurant on day we booked. Continental in room breakfast offered was very expensive for what it was (sweet yoghurt, sweet muesli and a berry muffin), but grateful there was something as no other shops/cafes nearby.

Perfect location to explore the NP. Room was comfy. Food was lovely.

Evidence of mould in the bathroom. Breakfast starts too late if you are travelling on or wanting a full day of walking.

Staff were lovely. Meal was very nice

Just felt a bit lacking. The decor could do with up grading. Could not use the bath as the water was brown! though this may have been due to the heavy rain
