Best location in Chania,restaurant is THE BEST, Very clean location,owners are so nice and helpful. Also very close to the beach. Definitely will return here.

Magnifique hôtel situé sur le port Vénitien en plein cœur de la vieille ville notre chambre était splendide très bien décorée et calme et le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement et le personnel a été au petit soin avec nous. Ce que nous avons d’ailleurs constaté dans tous les hôtels lors de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement le Cretan Renaissance vous ne serez pas déçus.

Absolutely outstanding service from the friendly receptionist! She provided the warmest welcome & lots of helpful information regarding restaurants & beaches! The owner also took the time to greet us and provide nice take away lunches. The room has lots of unique touches and an amazing view of the harbour! We loved sitting on the deck with our beverages watching all the activity below.

No complaints! All really fabulous!

This was a home away from home Karina was so amazing and helpful, kind and caring the breakfast and view were amazing and the homemade marmalade was the highlight the view from our windows of the harbor was awesome it was sad to leave

there was nothing we didn't like
