Excellent location for access to the border post. Clean and efficient. Staff very friendly. Dinner was nice, if a bit expensive

The beds can do with an upgrade. No Netflix or similar in rooms. Bar was rather expensive.

Make sure you check the currency rate before paying at the checkout. The best way to pay is in dollar and cash. We payed 20% more by paying in chilenian pesos with a credit card.

The place had a relaxed atmosphere and the staff, mainly Victoria, was amazing. Victoria went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is right by the border which is great in case you get stuck waiting in line to cross.

The staff, Victoria and the receptionist in particular, were very helpful, gave excellent recommendations for a visit to Jeinimeni park, and did their very best to accommodate our change of plans.

Close to the boarder. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Flexible staff. Generally clean.

One of us found hair (unfortunately not his) in the bed and the breakfast was average.
