This is a gem of a place lovely staff good food

The only criticism is the room was far too hot and the fan provided didn’t make much difference. It would have been helpful if the window had been left open before arrival

They broken promise and ignored the confirmation of special request they approved. The staff in the reception was super caddish. Room is dirty as well.

A few minor maintenance areas in the room. Slightly noisy kitchen fan below room - although thankfully switched off at night!
