Premier Fort Club Hotel - Full Board

Water sliders, clean, friendly

Full board was not full board that just included breakfast, lunch and dinner but not a drinks, it was terrible food all of three meal. There is no snack bar, drink etc. You can take with money.

No private beach

The hotel is smaller and less crowded than big resorts, there is an adult and child pool plus 100meters to the beach which has nice sand and the entrance into the water is decent even for small children. Pros : - There is very good food, not all inclusive but only full board ( 3 meals per day ), variety to pick different things if you stay for 7 days. - The apartments are nice that they have 2 different rooms with individual bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with basic utensils to heat up some food or cereal, not really for cooking extravagant meals. - Every night there is a mini disco for the kids and later a dancing show for adults that also kids can attend. - Two small playgrounds and some exercising equipments that you usually see in public parks.

Cons : - The mattresses on all the beds were horrendous, you could feel the springs in them and had a lot of stains on them that the cleaning staff tried to clean with no success, the hotel should invest urgently in new mattresses and waterproof protection on the beds, considering this is a family oriented hotel ( this has been the second year visiting the hotel with our friends and all of them are the same ) - The pillows as the mattresses, are totally not fit for use during sleeping - The AC's even tho present in every room had black mold in them, should be cleaned on a regular basis, we had to go buy disinfectant and clean them so we can safely use AC with the children in the room. - If you go to the beach you have to pay 10 leva per umbrella and another 10 leva per lounge chair, only free if you stay at the pool. - Parking is technically private but there are limited spots behind the gate into the actual resort so you have to watch and see when one is available and move your car from the outside "grass" parking plot. - Definitely not the best place if you are not with your kids, more family oriented.

Food was great. I would appreciate more varieties of sea food, it was served seldomly. Children loved ice cream self-service.

Place - drink bar next to the main pool was not very pleasant - there is room for improvements. In restaurant upstairs was not possible to have drink only, despite restaurant was empty nearly all the time.
